Artist Statement

This most recent body of work is based on the invisible and the nostalgic. The visual clutter that fills our lives and floats around in our memories. As an artist with ADHD, this series is a visualization of the collage of imagery, words, and concepts that run around my mind all day. Some things are clear and defined, some vague and obscured. Some barely indicated as if pushed to the back of the mind. Found objects and images from the 1970’s-early 2000s intermingled with modern and timeless symbols date the work as a capsule of time.
